Product Analyst – RnD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with essential stakeholders, such as product managers and marketers, to ascertain needs and refine the analytics strategy.

• Convert business inquiries into specific metrics and analytical tasks, providing actionable insights rather than just raw data.

• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators for informed decision-making based on data.

• Develop and assess LTV predictions for the web funnel, incorporating early/predicted LTV from short cohort histories.

• Design event taxonomy and Amplitude dashboards in response to requests from PMM, PM, and UAM.

• Examine the web funnel to identify step-by-step drop-offs and evaluate the effects of changes on conversion and monetization.

• Calculate product unit economics, including ARPU, retention, payback, and ROAS linked to UA data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Product Analyst.

• Proficient in SQL, with a focus on cohort analysis, retention, and revenue aggregations.

• Practical experience with LTV/pLTV, including cohort extrapolation, survival methods, ML regression, challenges with small datasets, and prediction validation.

• Experience in building Amplitude dashboards and developing event taxonomy.

• Familiarity with mobile/web subscription product metrics and user acquisition principles, including CPI, ROAS, ARPU, and payback.

• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey analysis findings.

• Proficiency in Python, particularly with pandas, data visualization, and statistics is an advantage.

• Experience with MMP data, such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, is beneficial.

• Previous experience in subscription products is a plus.

• Background in data engineering is an advantage.

• Direct experience collaborating with a UA team is a plus.
