This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reporting throughout the entire customer journey, including acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, transactions, and drop-off points.
• Establish KPI definitions, calculation methods, ownership, and reporting frequency.
• Collaborate with Technology to ensure robust underlying tracking.
• Monitor product, marketing, and funnel KPIs, identifying unusual trends, risks, and performance gaps promptly.
• Differentiate between short-term fluctuations and structural issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with Product, Marketing, Technology, and leadership teams.
• Link product and marketing KPIs to business objectives such as GMV, active users, conversion rates, and retention.
• Assist leadership in prioritizing focus areas.
• Define success metrics, baselines, and evaluation periods prior to launches.
• Track adoption, usage, and business impact post-launch.
• Provide evidence-based evaluations of initiative outcomes.
• Translate analysis into actionable, prioritized recommendations.
• Support teams in designing experiments and determining measurement strategies for impact.
• Report to the Head of Product and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and leadership.
• Several years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence.
• Ideally, experience in a digital product, marketplace, fintech, or platform business.
• Proven track record in building dashboards, defining KPIs, and assessing feature and campaign impacts.
• Strong expertise in funnel, cohort, retention, and segmentation analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Proficient SQL skills for independent data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to convert data into clear business recommendations.
• Understanding of GMV, activation, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions based on data.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and capable of working independently.
• Comfort with operating amid incomplete data and shifting priorities.
• Nice to have: experience with A/B testing and statistical evaluation.
• Nice to have: experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• High visibility with leadership, with analysis and recommendations directly influencing real business decisions.
• Cross-functional exposure from day one.
• Genuine ownership over performance reporting and analytics.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
