This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to implement scalable technology solutions that enhance distribution and fulfillment operations throughout the global supply chain.

• Assist with new site launches, automation, material handling solutions, vendor integration, solution design, product delivery, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.

• Participate as a member of an Agile product team.

• Convert business requirements into specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and implementation support deliverables.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Project Managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams.

• Acquire knowledge of business processes, document requirements, validate solutions, support testing, and contribute to operational enhancements.

• Provide support during deployments, testing events, and hypercare activities, which may include occasional travel to distribution or fulfillment sites as needed by the business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain, distribution, fulfillment, warehouse management, material handling equipment, automation, robotics, or vendor-supplied technology solutions.

• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Visio, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar applications.

• Background in supporting technology implementations involving vendors, infrastructure, integrations, security, architecture, or operational readiness.

• Knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in creating BRDs, process flows, wireframes, test plans, test scripts, and implementation support documentation.

• Familiarity with end-to-end testing, UAT, defect triage, hypercare, or production support transitions.

• Understanding of change management, non-functional requirements, solution design, security intake, architecture review, or infrastructure engagement processes.

• Genuine curiosity about technology, operations, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Strong relationship-building skills, ability to ask questions, listen attentively, and influence without direct authority.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, or skill set in IT delivery.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an Agile environment, product team, IT delivery team, business analysis role, or similar position.

• Competence in eliciting, documenting, and refining requirements with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience in creating or supporting user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, process flows, requirements documentation, or related delivery artifacts.

• Participation in functional testing, UAT, defect management, or solution validation activities.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with business, engineering, vendor, and IT partners.

• Ability to quickly learn business processes and convert business needs into clear, actionable delivery artifacts.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities, adhering to commitments, and appropriately escalating risks or blockers.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to produce clear written documentation.

• Willingness to assist with deployments, testing events, and hypercare activities, including occasional travel to distribution or fulfillment sites.

• SAFe certification is preferred.
