This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather and manage user feedback through surveys, focus groups, and customer discovery initiatives.

• Collaborate with end users to collect, comprehend, and specify business requirements.

• Oversee the testing of new functionality launches.

• Collaborate with the GuideTree Clinical Content Coordinator to assist content creators and loaders.

• Provide data analysis assistance to various teams.

• Manage user support via support tickets and system configuration.

• Coordinate process enhancements and software engineering projects as necessary.

• Execute other assigned duties.

• Partner with the Liferay Product Manager and development team to assist GuideTree, Youth Villages’ proprietary clinical platform.

• Engage in special projects as requested by management and leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A background in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience as a product analyst or in a similar role, with equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.

• Familiarity with or experience in content management systems, such as Liferay, is preferred.

• Knowledge of or experience with modern data analysis tools like R, Python, and SQL is preferred.

• Experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred.

• Project management experience or certification is advantageous.

• Exceptional project and time management skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple requests, and manage vendors effectively.

• Creative and analytical thinking with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and collaborate with a diverse team.

• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Strong self-awareness and adaptability in multi-departmental teams.

• Technical expertise to deliver quality user support.

• Understanding of data and best practices in data management.

• Ability to drive projects to successful completion.

• Capacity to comprehend and explain complex requirements clearly.

• Secure, private home office equipped with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Flexibility in scheduling is required.
