This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address technical support requests and tickets in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Resolve integration, tracking, and attribution challenges across various affiliate platforms.
• Analyze discrepancies in tracking, reporting, and data accuracy, identify underlying issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, preventative suggestions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation manuals, and client configuration details.
• Oversee technical onboarding, implementations of affiliate tracking, pixel deployments, server-to-server/postback integrations, quality assurance processes, and client launches.
• Set up, validate, and troubleshoot integrations involving GA4, GTM, affiliate platforms, and marketing technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive testing for click, conversion, and attribution tracking.
• Spot opportunities for automating or optimizing technical workflows and contribute to overall process enhancements.
• Keep abreast of developments in affiliate platforms, analytics tools, browser privacy changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, Account Management, Product teams, client stakeholders, and senior technical personnel.
• Offer technical guidance during onboarding processes, launches, and continuous program optimization.
• Assist in internal training by disseminating technical knowledge and best practices for implementation.
• Examine implementation metrics, resolve pending tickets, identify recurring patterns, and propose improvements to workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical operations, marketing technology, implementation support, or digital marketing operations.
• Practical experience with affiliate or performance marketing networks such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin, Rakuten Advertising, ShareASale, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in implementing and troubleshooting affiliate tracking technologies, conversion pixels, postbacks/server-to-server tracking, and attribution solutions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and web analytics.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTML, JavaScript, browser developer tools, and web technologies relevant for troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to independently investigate technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing a client-oriented approach.
• Highly organized, responsive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must reside and conduct work physically within the United States.
• Must have unrestricted, independent work authorization that does not presently or in the future necessitate employer sponsorship.
