Technical Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze and enhance current processes across various departments (such as Sales/Customer Support, etc.)

• Minimize manual tasks by utilizing automation tools and AI-driven solutions

• Manage technical inquiries in internal communication channels, including troubleshooting issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and others

• Investigate tools, workflows, and technical solutions to address business requirements

• Develop and implement new processes aimed at boosting operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level expertise in automation, process optimization, or operations

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or above

• Demonstrated capability to quickly learn new tools and systems

• Experience in working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• High degree of ownership and self-motivation

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and effectively manage personal workload

• Strong communicator who can clarify technical subjects to non-technical audiences, self-motivated, proactive, and driven by ownership.

• Comfortable working with stakeholders and capable of planning and prioritizing own tasks efficiently.
