This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Contribute significantly to iLOQ’s swift growth throughout North America.
• Assist customers and the sales team across various industry sectors.
• Oversee the entire range of sustainable locking and access management solutions.
• Act as a Project Manager, supervising the integration of the iLOQ application with different software platforms.
• Deliver product and software training for iLOQ’s sales teams in the U.S. and Canada, onboard channel partners, and educate end-users/customers.
• Continuously enhance and revise training materials while ensuring successful implementation through consistent follow-ups.
• Manage and facilitate information exchange with iLOQ Technical Managers in other regions.
• Assist in product integration with end-user databases via APIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify and prioritize essential software integrations.
• Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries.
• Provide technical sales assistance, which includes managing quotations, contracts, and RFPs.
• Collaborate across various functions with teams in R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Services.
• Support channel partners, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years in a technical training capacity within a comparable product domain (EAC, AI, door entry, locks, access control, smart locks, etc.).
• A technical degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of working across divisions and internationally.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern mobile technologies, digitalization trends, and electromechanical digital solutions.
• Significant IT expertise, particularly regarding APIs.
• Experience in product management, R&D, or sales is preferred.
• Multichannel sales experience catering to a variety of customer and industry types is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• A structured approach with keen attention to detail.
• A positive mindset with the capacity to work effectively across multiple departments and global offices.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for complex problem-solving and time management.
