Technical Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and organize datasets utilized for reporting in clinical trial logistics.

• Evaluate and modify data, encompassing data conversion, merging, filtering, and quality assessment.

• Generate operational and analytical reports for internal stakeholders.

• Partner with cross-functional CTS&L teams to facilitate logistics planning and execution.

• Oversee system setup activities to align with project specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Execute updates and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with ICH-GxP guidelines.

• Review system outputs to confirm accuracy and preparedness for project milestones.

• Handle technical files, logs, and project documentation.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of tools, workflows, and data processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related domain) is required.

• Experience in a laboratory, scientific, or technical setting is preferred.

• Strong proficiency with digital tools, structured data, and relational database concepts.

• While programming skills are not mandatory, having a “programming mindset” is crucial.

• Must be able to work entirely from home in Argentina.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Knowledge of ICH-GxP or regulated environments is advantageous.

• Experience with Biological Sample Tracking Applications (e.g., Labmatrix) is preferred.

• Must be detail-oriented and analytical.

• A curious nature with a desire to learn technical systems is essential.

• Strong communication skills are necessary.

• Must demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities.
