Technical Leader – Power Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main expert in Genset technologies, providing support to Development Engineering, Estimation, and Supply Chain Operations.

• Deliver high-level technical guidance in generator technologies while aiding in strategic product alignment and engaging with OEMs.

• Maintain technical integrity, ensure solution standardization, and position for competitive pricing.

• Work closely with Estimation to enhance cost models, provide budgetary pricing inputs, and establish configuration assumptions.

• Evaluate lifecycle costs, reliability, and redundancy configurations.

• Create application guidelines specifically designed for hyperscale, colocation, and utility grid-support environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• 7–10 years of experience in power generation, showcasing strong technical knowledge in Genset technologies and applications.

• Proven experience in supporting conceptual engineering and cost estimation processes.

• Knowledge of distributed generation or microgrid integration.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to influence without direct authority.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts into commercial implications.
