FullStack Developer, Java, Vue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

• Create and uphold modern, responsive frontends with VueJS.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and uphold engineering best practices.

• Assist in deployment and operational processes within cloud environments.

• Identify and mitigate technical debt, enhancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment on progress and deliverables.

• Develop scalable and maintainable applications across both backend and frontend in an agile, fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices).

• Significant experience with Vue.js and contemporary frontend development.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).

• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and maintainability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.

• Clear communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
