Technical Lead – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and manage the technical framework for a prominent government healthcare organization's ServiceNow implementation.

• Lead technical decision-making processes, ensuring solution integrity, while mentoring the development team.

• Create comprehensive solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform.

• Define integration patterns for connections with governmental enterprise systems.

• Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for development.

• Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow Expert Services for platform configuration and customization.

• Oversee the design of data models supporting large-scale healthcare data with multi-source reconciliation.

• Ensure that the solution complies with FedRAMP security requirements and federal ATO standards.

• Mentor the development team and perform code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture.

• More than 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred.

• Experience in designing healthcare IT solutions with HL7/FHIR integrations.

• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP and federal security requirements.

• Experience with federal healthcare systems is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
