This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Gain insight into the Splunk product offerings through observation sessions with experienced Solutions Engineers.
• Collaborate with seasoned Solutions Engineers as they perform their duties.
• Observe customer interactions on calls.
• Support the creation of presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept events for technical concepts.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the team, manager, and mentors to review learning progress.
• Enhance presentation skills and prepare to convey technical concepts to clients.
• Identify and comprehend customer requirements.
• Work together with colleagues to build a knowledge repository for new Solutions Engineers in training.
• Promote Splunk products and services to clients.
• Act as the technical representative on the Customer Account Team and a trusted advisor to clients and Sales Representatives.
• Partner with the Splunk team to devise solutions for significant customer business challenges.
• Simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
• 3–5 years of full-time work experience in any sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in cloud technology, analytics, and data.
• Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with mechanical or software technologies.
• Capability to understand customer needs and translate technical ideas for business audiences.
• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing success criteria in prior roles.
