This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create solution proposals that encompass technical strategies, cost estimates, implementation plans, team organization, pricing, and contract details.
• Identify, define, and develop solutions for intricate deliverable-based, fully outsourced, and large-scale projects.
• Offer solution development, client engagement, service design, and support for practice pipelines.
• Deliver presentations for Service Desk, Deskside Services, NOC, and IT Operations Support projects.
• Grasp customer business and technical needs, refining solution designs in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Assemble delivery teams and orchestrate collaboration among practice, delivery, and account team members.
• Gather and consolidate solution status and cost information from various project stakeholders.
• Oversee sales and solutions risks, opportunities, challenges, and change management processes.
• Assist in the creation of contracts, SOWs, PCRs, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to foster new business opportunities from initial engagement through to closure.
• Evaluate practice pipelines, opportunities, product offerings, and solution effectiveness.
• Aid in the formulation and implementation of account strategies.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer from sales to delivery and adherence to established solution and sales methodologies.
• Track engagement profitability, staffing levels, hours allocation, and potential future business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent level of relevant experience.
• Over 10 years of extensive experience in Service Desk, Deskside Services, Network Operations, or IT Operations.
• A minimum of 7 years in professional services consulting.
• Proven experience in delivering projects/programs with significant Organizational Change Management (OCM) components.
• Experience in managing and executing client professional services agreements.
• More than 10 years of established consulting and interpersonal experience with regular interactions at the Director and CXO levels.
• Capability to develop, market, and sell services and products.
• Familiarity with OCM processes, including stakeholder identification, communication, adoption, and implementation strategies is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
• Competence in prioritizing and planning complex tasks in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Experience in leading and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt approach and demeanor to changing situational demands.
• Strong problem-solving skills capable of handling complex issues involving large volumes of contradictory information.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
