AI Solutions Engineer – Architect

📋 Description

• Develop and create reusable AI and agentic functionalities, encompassing MCP-based integrations, retrieval pipelines, and libraries for prompts and agents.

• Collaborate with embedded AI advocates to define, prototype, and implement function-specific applications.

• Manage the frameworks for model evaluation, selection, and optimization, focusing on cost, accuracy, and latency.

• Establish and maintain evaluation and testing frameworks featuring measurable accuracy and safety validations prior to deployment.

• Enforce responsible AI protocols for data management, hallucination mitigation, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

• Design AI systems that are scalable, secure, and add value across product, data, and support initiatives.

• Create documentation for technical standards and patterns, facilitating self-service capabilities for teams on the platform.

• Contribute to the creation of internal training materials and hold office hours for AI advocates and business-unit personnel.

• Develop shared AI platforms and capabilities that promote adoption throughout BCD’s worldwide operations.

• Provide production-quality AI solutions while enhancing platform reliability, accuracy, reusability, governance, and workflow integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in ML/AI engineering, solutions architecture, or applied data science.

• Experience as a founder or in an early-stage startup is essential.

• Practical experience in building or launching products within a resource-limited startup setting.

• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, prompt/agent frameworks, and integration protocols like MCP and API-based tools.

• Experience in developing for enterprise data environments with stringent privacy and compliance standards.

• Capability to engage directly with non-technical business stakeholders to convert operational challenges into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for assessing LLM output quality, safety, and drift monitoring.

• Required experience in travel, hospitality, or B2B services industries.

• Ideal experience with production-level LLM or agentic-AI systems.
