This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Lead the technical direction and implementation independently for the entire team across all stages, from conceptualization to deployment, adhering to established architecture.
β’ Assess trade-offs involving correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of optimal solutions, prioritizing client success.
β’ Develop and oversee the team's technical documentation and repository management practices, including tasks such as creating branches, managing pull requests, and performing merges.
β’ Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to provide essential oversight of architecture and dependencies that affect product strategy and direction.
β’ Engage in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and resolve complex bugs, all while emphasizing security, performance, and reliability.
β’ Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or project teams, fostering the development of technical skills.
β’ A minimum of 7+ years of experience and expertise as a Full Stack Engineer, with proficiency in the specified technologies.

β’ High level of English proficiency is essential for interaction with a globally distributed development team.
β’ Proven experience in leading Agile software development methodologies.
β’ Demonstrated ability to follow and adapt high-level architecture to meet project and client requirements.
β’ Capability to verify and validate architecture implementations, influencing the overall architecture beyond the immediate team.
β’ Expertise in object-oriented programming, preferably with experience in languages such as Java or C#.
β’ Proficient in high-level design using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
β’ Experience in effectively collaborating with relevant information stakeholders to create and implement well-tested, scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise-level systems that deliver the desired business outcomes for clients.
β’ Proven initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers across the organization.
β’ Strong knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, as well as SOLID principles and OWASP standards.
