Technical Lead – .NET, Angular, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction and implementation independently for the entire team across all stages, from conceptualization to deployment, adhering to established architecture.

• Assess trade-offs involving correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of optimal solutions, prioritizing client success.

• Develop and oversee the team's technical documentation and repository management practices, including tasks such as creating branches, managing pull requests, and performing merges.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to provide essential oversight of architecture and dependencies that affect product strategy and direction.

• Engage in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and resolve complex bugs, all while emphasizing security, performance, and reliability.

• Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or project teams, fostering the development of technical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience and expertise as a Full Stack Engineer, with proficiency in the specified technologies.

• AZURE

• Angular

• High level of English proficiency is essential for interaction with a globally distributed development team.

• Proven experience in leading Agile software development methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to follow and adapt high-level architecture to meet project and client requirements.

• Capability to verify and validate architecture implementations, influencing the overall architecture beyond the immediate team.

• Expertise in object-oriented programming, preferably with experience in languages such as Java or C#.

• Proficient in high-level design using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.

• Experience in effectively collaborating with relevant information stakeholders to create and implement well-tested, scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise-level systems that deliver the desired business outcomes for clients.

• Proven initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers across the organization.

• Strong knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, as well as SOLID principles and OWASP standards.
