Technical Lead, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the Backend development team technically

• Ensure best practices and code quality

• Actively participate in development through hands-on programming

• Conduct code reviews

• Oversee the microservices architecture and hexagonal architecture

• Collaborate in the requirements gathering and define technical solutions aligned with business needs

• Supervise continuous integration and deployments in a cloud environment

• Foster collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team

• Drive technical excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience developing in Java, utilizing the latest versions

• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot

• Experience taking on a Technical Lead role

• Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc

• Valuable experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis

• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and TestContainers

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana

• Knowledge and application of SOLID principles and Clean Code

• Good level of English
