This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Guide the technical strategy and execution of intricate client projects.

• Define and manage software architecture, system design, integrations, APIs, and technical solutions.

• Convert business and client needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting technical standards and best practices.

• Act as a technical consultant to clients, conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Assess technologies, architectures, and implementation strategies, providing recommendations.

• Drive initiatives throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from discovery and architecture to implementation and production.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while developing strategies to mitigate them.

• Establish best practices regarding CI/CD, testing, security, observability, and engineering quality.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, cloud, and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Manage multiple workstreams and projects while focusing on quality and client results.

• Take responsibility for technical strategy, architecture, delivery, and client impact.

• Serve as a reliable technical partner to clients.

• Over 10 years of experience in technology/software engineering, with substantial technical leadership experience.

• Previous experience in technology consulting, professional services, systems integration, or enterprise technology settings.

• Experience with organizations like EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, IBM Consulting, or comparable firms is highly regarded.

• Proven track record as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Engineering Lead, or a similar position.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system integration, APIs, cloud technologies, databases, and distributed systems.

• Experience leading complex enterprise technology projects from architecture to implementation.

• Strong ability to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to engineering teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, balancing technical excellence with business priorities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
