This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of solutions on the Skadina platform.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

• Convert business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Review code to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams for successful project delivery.

• Assist with system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production processes.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Guarantee application performance, security, and scalability.

• Create technical documentation and materials for knowledge transfer.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership roles.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with the Skadina platform.

• Strong background in software development, system integration, and API development.

• Experience in leading technical teams within enterprise settings.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
