Technical Investment Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Developing AI-driven operating systems tailored for venture capital.

• Collaborating closely with a Principal to transform strategic ideas into functional systems utilizing Python, LLMs, and innovative architectures.

• Implementing workflows within portfolio companies after their establishment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical capacity (engineering, technical project management, data analytics, or startup operations).

• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, including experience in writing scripts for data processing and API integrations.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (such as n8n, Make, Zapier) or a strong willingness to learn rapidly.

• Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and troubleshooting integration challenges.

• Basic knowledge of LLMs and concepts related to prompt engineering.

• GitHub profile showcasing actual projects (not limited to coursework) that demonstrate practical problem-solving skills.

• Capability to convert business needs into technical solutions independently.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity—we're focused on creating new systems rather than maintaining existing ones.
