This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of integration projects from the initial discovery phase to successful production rollout from a technical standpoint.
• Evaluate partner requirements and suggest suitable integration methods based on both business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, QA, and support teams, as well as external technology partners.
• Act as the primary technical liaison throughout the entire integration lifecycle.
• Organize and facilitate technical meetings, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion.
• Review API documentation and support partners with technical onboarding and implementation strategies.
• Confirm integration requirements, data mappings, business rules, and complete workflows.
• Resolve integration issues by examining API requests, responses, logs, and system behaviors.
• Oversee integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production rollouts.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, testing protocols, and integration specifications.
• Plan and implement integration updates, enhancements, API version upgrades, and customer migration activities.
• Monitor integration health and identify ways to enhance reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Refine integration processes, standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Assist in prioritizing, planning, and coordinating resources for ongoing integration projects.
• Collaborate with development leadership to align integrations with product strategy and technical architecture.
• Highly motivated, organized, technically skilled, and capable of working effectively in a distributed team environment.
• 3–5 years of experience in leading and managing software integrations, technical implementations, or enterprise SaaS projects.
• Strong grasp of cloud-based SaaS applications, software integration architectures, REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and webhooks.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and JWT authentication.
• Practical experience with Postman or similar API testing and debugging tools.
• Ability to assess technical requirements, troubleshoot integration challenges, and coordinate solutions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving software developers, QA, technical support, product management, and external technology partners.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, testing plans, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and Jira or similar project management tools.
• Must reside in the Greater Toronto area.
