This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee the implementation of asset management and technical standards programs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, readiness, rollout sequencing, and adoption across various regions.
• Coordinate initiatives across different functions, facilitating working sessions, addressing blockers, and maintaining momentum on high-priority projects.
• Create and uphold project control documentation, such as workplans, readiness assessments, and metrics for adoption.
• Monitor and drive the adoption of technical standards and processes, coaching regional teams and escalating ongoing challenges.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback and refinement of processes.
• Provide strategic insights for enablement planning and engage in governance forums for accounts.
• Collaborate with the Business Services Office to ensure consistent delivery of training rollouts, communication campaigns, and adoption tracking across the entire account.
• Work alongside the Global Standards Manager to convert technical standards into implementation guides, training materials, and operational checklists that are ready for rollout.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of experience in program management, technical enablement, or facilities/operations roles in complex, multi-site environments.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Ability to establish credibility and influence within diverse groups.
• Strong skills in developing workplans, tracking milestones, and managing risks.
• Experience in communication planning, training rollout, and tracking adoption.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and achieving results in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of facilities operations, technical services, and principles of asset management.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and initiatives related to sustainability and energy management is advantageous.
