This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Guarantee the availability and quality of data for clients by enhancing connectors and facilitating product updates.
• Enhance internal data ingestion capabilities to boost customer satisfaction and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Support, CSM, Engineering, and QA teams (and sometimes clients) to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage relationships with Data Sources (API/reporting providers).
• Standardize and streamline the creation and maintenance of connectors (processes, standards, monitoring).
• Increase automation and AI implementation to minimize manual efforts and expedite operations.
• Oversee the roadmap and development of connectors and ingestion capabilities to maintain platform reliability and unlock product value.
• Provide data that is accessible, up-to-date, and reliable at scale, adhering to clear standards and predictable timelines.
• Enhance operations and incident management through effective and reassuring communication with stakeholders.
• Boost operational efficiency via automation and AI, with a focus on repeatability, throughput, and robustness.
• Cultivate positive relationships with data providers to foresee changes and reduce disruptions.
• Align cross-functional teams (Support, CSM, Engineering, QA) on priorities, quality standards, and execution plans.
• Execution principles: Reliability first: prioritize data availability and quality at scale.
• Leverage and speed: automate repetitive tasks to enhance throughput.
• Customer trust: maintain transparent communication and reliable delivery.
• Anticipation: proactively manage changes related to Data Sources.
• Proficient with reporting APIs (reading specifications, testing).
• Skilled in using spreadsheets as a versatile tool.
• Capable of starting tasks manually and subsequently automating them.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Python scripts, or similar).
• Bonus: Familiarity with LLM prompting, API integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Innovative and impact-focused PM with a strong emphasis on automation.
• At ease with experimenting and integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Dust, etc.).
• A well-rounded interest in technical, functional, and analytical subjects.
• Exceptional communicator with customers, partners, and the Engineering Team; strong customer empathy and prioritization abilities.
• Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and collaborative; strong analytical skills for synthesis.
• Fluent in English and French; located within the CET/CEST timezone ± 2 hours (for team collaboration).
• Experience in AdTech is a plus.
