Technical Integration Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Designs, implements, and sustains Identity and Access Management (Okta) along with M365 infrastructure.

• Provides daily maintenance and long-term support to ensure the seamless operation of subsystems and infrastructure.

• Aids in the planning and coordination of system resources, upgrades, security measures, implementations, and integrations.

• Plans and oversees staff implementation of small to medium-sized technical projects as required.

• Operates, maintains, and manages technical systems and infrastructure.

• Engages in the assessment of new vendor software releases and their implications.

• Documents and communicates enhancements or modifications to the system.

• Acts as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, identifying needs, offering solution options, and providing updates and resolutions for issues.

• Integrates, troubleshoots, monitors, and resolves moderately complex, routine, and diverse supported services, systems, network, and application issues.

• Configures, maintains, upgrades, develops, and tests IT systems and services in accordance with industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and managing IT systems or cloud services.

• Proven experience as part of a technical team providing IT support for an organization with more than 500 employees.

• At least 2 years of experience in development or automation work, including script creation, using APIs, and/or integrating applications.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in scripting and workflow orchestration within Okta.

• Familiarity with AI Copilot Studio and development on the M365 platform.
