Technical Implementation Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire implementation lifecycle for designated B2B clients, from project kickoff to the post-go-live transition.

• Act as the main client liaison during onboarding, offering technical direction and project management.

• Configure and assess the Flywire platform to facilitate each client’s invoicing, payment, and reconciliation processes.

• Oversee integrations with client systems, including NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and customized ERP/CRM solutions.

• Map data fields between systems and resolve issues related to file formatting, synchronization, tokenization, or payment routing.

• Execute sandbox testing and validation, escalating any obstacles as necessary.

• Provide training, documentation, and advisory support to ensure clients are fully prepared to utilize the platform after launch.

• Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Solutions teams to maintain alignment and continuity throughout the client lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in payments implementation, financial technology, or related sectors.

• Experience in a SaaS-based organization is preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities in APIs, SFTP, webhooks, JSON, and SQL.

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

• Working knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce, and various software development methodologies.

• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong communication skills: capable of presenting to client leadership, drafting documentation, and conveying requirements across teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of payment processing systems and integration techniques.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
