Technical Implementation Manager – II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete implementation process for designated B2B clients, from initial kickoff to post-launch handoff.

• Act as the main point of contact for client onboarding, offering technical expertise and project leadership.

• Configure and test the Flywire platform for client invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation workflows.

• Lead the integration efforts with systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and custom ERP/CRM platforms.

• Map data fields across various systems and address issues related to file formatting, synchronization, tokenization, and payment routing.

• Conduct sandbox testing and validation, escalating any obstacles as necessary.

• Provide training, documentation, and consultative support for the use of the platform after launch.

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Solutions teams throughout the entire client lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience.

• Implementation experience within a SaaS company, ideally in the payments or financial technology sector.

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities related to APIs, SFTP, webhooks, JSON, and SQL.

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Familiarity with payment gateways and tokenization concepts is highly advantageous.

• Working knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, and various software development methodologies.

• Excellent project management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Comfortable delivering presentations to client leadership, drafting documentation, and translating requirements across different teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of payment processing systems and integration techniques.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
