Technical Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer needs and factors affecting deployment, and relay this information to internal teams.

• Implement Odyssey for clients and ensure that contractual obligations and go-live milestones are achieved.

• Foster partnerships and communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and oversee deployment strategies in collaboration with state stakeholders as well as Engineering, Product, and Support teams.

• Share technical insights of Odyssey’s platform with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Propel the deployment of technical solutions and configurations.

• Guide customer growth and adoption to facilitate successful renewals.

• Ensure customer deployments are efficient and scalable instead of being tailored for each individual customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a role focused on implementation or customer success.

• Practical experience in deploying technology products.

• Proven experience managing long-term, complex technical implementation cycles lasting 6 months or more.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of an early-stage SaaS startup.

• Strong technical knowledge, including the deployment of technical systems and engagement in high-level technical discussions.

• Capability to configure technical workflows such as APIs and webhooks.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel techniques for data investigation.

• Exceptional leadership skills, stakeholder alignment, consensus-building, and the ability to drive action.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex customer plans into clear, actionable messages.

• High level of empathy and the ability to grasp the perspectives of customers and end users.

• Owner mindset characterized by accountability, creative problem-solving, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience working with government agencies is a significant advantage.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
