• Oversee the complete onboarding and implementation process for CreatorIQ clients, from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage and final handoff.
• Collaborate to define customer needs, assess technical feasibility, and establish implementation timelines.
• Empower customers to confidently utilize and expand their use of the platform by customizing the CreatorIQ platform according to their specific requirements, use cases, and package scope.
• Assist with technical setups, including data imports, integrations, and system configurations.
• Engage with APIs, data mapping, and workflows to facilitate seamless platform adoption.
• Act as a platform expert by offering personalized training sessions that align with customer workflows and objectives. Simplify technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for non-technical users.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Provide valuable insights to Product and Engineering teams for enhancing platform functionalities and implementation procedures.
• Implement best practices for onboarding and continuously refine the onboarding processes.
• Diagnose technical challenges and offer solutions during the onboarding phase.
• Contribute to automation, tooling, and scalable implementation frameworks.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, solutions engineering, or related fields.
• Strong technical skills, with a background in APIs and integrations, data mapping and workflows, as well as SaaS platforms and system configuration.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple implementations at once.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude and the capability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A process-oriented, collaborative team player with a startup mindset, flexibility to adapt to change, and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time annually.
• Preferred: Experience with REST APIs, JSON, or integration tools.
• Knowledge of data handling, SQL, or data pipelines.
• Experience with CRM or marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or creator economy tools.
• Experience or knowledge of AI tools aimed at enhancing efficiency and process improvements within implementation workflows.
