This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete engineering scope, schedule, and budget from the initiation of the project until its conclusion.
• Develop and assess project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans for external subconsultants.
• Oversee multiple intricate projects at the same time.
• Coordinate and manage both internal engineering discipline teams and external subconsultants to guarantee timely and precise deliverables.
• Track project performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks, changes in scope, and impacts on the schedule.
• Ensure that the overall project execution adheres to client requirements, contractual obligations, and Revamp's quality standards.
• Evaluate Revamp project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations, quality assurance, and contractual compliance.
• Prepare, monitor, and submit monthly project invoices.
• Implement standard project management procedures and criteria using independent judgment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Lead and engage in project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key issues clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
• Review client standards, best practices, and project-specific requirements to ensure alignment across teams.
• Assist in developing proposals, including defining scope, budgeting, and scheduling inputs.
• Delegate tasks and direct engineering discipline team members to fulfill project assignments.
• Plan and coordinate detailed elements of engineering work in partnership with technical leads.
• Offer mentoring and guidance to less experienced project and engineering staff.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and transparent project team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• At least 5+ years of project management experience in an engineering consulting setting, renewable energy, or a similar industry.
• Proven experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and invoicing.
• Capability to independently assess, choose, and implement standard project management procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to identify, analyze, and resolve complex project challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Preferred: Significant experience in renewable energy engineering, development, or construction environments.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy project development lifecycle.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and subconsultants.
