Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of client-oriented technical projects, which encompass cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, infrastructure enhancements, and network installations.

• Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and clarity of expectations.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan, schedule, and implement project activities across multiple ongoing engagements.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while effectively managing scope, budget, and deadlines.

• Coordinate internal resources from Remote Support, Systems, Security, and Field Services teams to guarantee successful project delivery.

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles early on, driving resolution or escalation as necessary.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project work, including scope, configurations, decisions made, and transitions to support teams.

• Manage several concurrent projects in a dynamic environment while upholding high standards and attention to detail.

• Provide regular updates on project status to clients and internal stakeholders, covering progress, risks, and subsequent steps.

• Foster accountability among teams to ensure timely project completion that meets client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of project management experience in IT services, managed services (MSP), or consulting environments.

• Demonstrated experience in managing client-facing technical projects related to infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft technologies.

• Strong comprehension of environments that include:

• Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune

• Active Directory and endpoint management

• Networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless)

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across various clients and shifting priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Practical experience in coordinating engineering teams and understanding technical dependencies.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.

• PMP certification is preferred; Agile certifications (CSM, PSM) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
