Senior Technical Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive technical onboarding process for new clients, spanning from initial scoping to the go-live stage.

• Set up platform configurations, establish SFTP connections, and manage eligibility, claims, and prior authorization files.

• Supervise quality assurance of configurations and file processes to guarantee data integrity and precision.

• Assist with customer relaunches, expansions, and updates to the platform.

• Act as the main technical contact for clients and their vendor partners throughout the onboarding process.

• Convert client needs into scalable and repeatable solutions.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients by proactively resolving technical issues and ensuring effective communication.

• Develop and maintain internal documentation, including PRDs, SOPs, and playbooks.

• Recognize and implement automation possibilities in file processing, data ingestion, and reporting.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance workflows and minimize manual interventions.

• Spearhead remediation activities for technical failures, including root cause analysis, communication, and validation of fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical implementation, SaaS delivery, or technical operations, with a strong preference for healthcare/healthtech backgrounds, ideally in a startup environment.

• In-depth knowledge of ETL pipelines, API integrations, HIPAA & SOC 2 compliance, SSO, PHI encryption, SQL, and data ingestion methods.

• Familiarity with file transfer protocols (SFTP), eligibility data, claims data, prior authorizations, and healthcare integrations.

• Previous client-facing experience in technical account management, project management (PMP certified), and implementation.

• Acquainted with project management and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Asana.
