Technical Implementation Lead

Posted 1 day ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of enterprise customer implementations from the kickoff phase to complete platform adoption, prioritizing deployment speed and quality as the key metrics for success.

• Configure and implement monitoring, alerting, and automation policies directly within customer environments.

• Establish and optimize systems across monitoring and RMM tools, showcasing genuine hands-on expertise rather than superficial knowledge.

• Collaborate with customers to swiftly and accurately troubleshoot network, security, and infrastructure issues.

• Develop scripts and automate implementation workflows and integrations to minimize manual effort and accelerate time to value.

• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and CommandLink's product team, actively listening to requests, assessing technical feasibility, and conveying that feedback for product enhancements.

• Create and continuously improve a scalable implementation playbook that can be utilized across the customer base.

• Occasionally provide technical support on sales calls when in-depth infrastructure knowledge is required to advance a deal, without the responsibility of a sales quota.

• Collaborate with solutions engineering and product teams to ensure that implementation feedback influences the future direction of the platform.

• Accept additional responsibilities and projects as necessary to contribute to the success of the team and organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years, with a preference for 5+ years, in a hands-on technical position at an MSP or as a corporate IT administrator.

• Direct, practical experience in scripting, server administration, and network deployment, including firewalls.

• Proven, hands-on experience with monitoring and RMM platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to independently configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues rather than relying on escalation.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for both customers and internal product teams.

• Proficient in security, network, and alerting concepts, instilling confidence in customers who view you as a technical authority.

🏝️ Benefits

• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for full-time employees.

• Flexible time off policy.

• 401k plan to support your future savings.

• Engaging events at exciting locations.

• Complimentary DoorDash lunches on Fridays.

• Employee referral bonuses to promote the addition of outstanding new team members.
