Senior Full Stack Developer, Technical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications utilizing contemporary web technologies.

• Provide technical guidance by reviewing code, directing development strategies, and assisting engineering teams in overcoming complex technical challenges.

• Engage in various client projects as required, serving as a technical consultant or Software Technical Lead (STL).

• Collaborate with our sales team during prospect meetings by offering technical insights and aiding in the design of solution proposals for new clients.

• Assess technical trade-offs and suggest architectures and technologies that align best with each project's requirements.

• Mentor developers, disseminate knowledge, and promote engineering best practices throughout teams.

• Responsibly utilize Generative AI tools to enhance engineering productivity while ensuring code quality and long-term maintainability.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and proactively present valuable ideas and enhancements to the engineering organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software development experience.

• Proficient full-stack software development experience, with a strong focus on building production-grade applications across both frontend and backend technologies.

• Solid critical thinking skills when assessing and implementing AI technologies, with demonstrated experience using Generative AI to enhance software delivery while maintaining engineering standards.

• Experience in designing scalable software architectures and making technical decisions on complex projects.

• Proven experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring fellow software engineers.

• Direct experience engaging with clients or stakeholders in technical discussions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and effective communication skills.

• Proficient in professional English communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
