This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients throughout a project.
• Collaborate with the product/programming and consulting teams to facilitate the resolution of high-priority issues identified during implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and the delivery of resolved technical issues or necessary enhancements for a client’s Go Live.
• Support client business process review sessions (either on-site or remote), assist with any in-scope technical requirements, and aid in the development of project documentation.
• Offer Technical Subject Matter Expertise for the implementation of the Cority application, addressing client requirements related to application authentication (SSO, LDAP, LDAPS, MFA) and performing data clean-up tasks for historical data (using Web Service tools or SQL Scripts).
• Define and document technical requirements through Change Requests (Change Control Documentation) as necessary.
• Conduct training sessions on System Administration and advanced Business Intelligence Reporting for client system administrators and other technical leads.
• Suggest application enhancements to Product Management for the core product.
• A degree from a university program in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or a related field with equivalent work experience.
• Industry experience in Sustainability or EHSQ is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the Cority software is a plus.
• Proficient in technical tools such as Relational Database Management Tools (SQL or Oracle), Web Service Utilities (using SOAP or REST APIs), and SSO Platforms (ADFS, Shibboleth, Ping Federate, etc.).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, PowerShell, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Experience with MIRTH or other middleware tools for converting CSV to HL7 is a significant advantage.
• Must possess strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of understanding and articulating the role of technology in delivering SaaS-based solutions.
• Familiarity with system development life cycles (SDLC) is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• The ability to mentor team members and resolve conflicts is considered a strong asset.
• Travel may be required.
