Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Epic Aura implementations from start to finish

• Create and maintain in-depth project schedules and timelines

• Act as the main point of communication for clients throughout the implementation process

• Work alongside engineering and integration teams to design and implement Epic Aura integrations

• Track system performance and user feedback for ongoing optimization

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare IT

• Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems

• Bachelor's degree in HealthCare Informatics, Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional implementations in a client-facing role

• Practical experience with Epic, including Aura and/or Care Everywhere integrations
