Senior Customer Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Aligning solutions with value across expansive and dynamic organizations.

• Engaging in discovery and facilitating the qualification of new opportunities.

• Preparing and delivering product demonstrations.

• Providing guidance and assistance to customers’ technical stakeholders.

• Identifying, assessing, recommending, and implementing value-oriented workshops and proof of concepts/values.

• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.

• Preparing and contributing to the functional and technical components of RFPs/RFQs.

• Assisting in sales and marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Sales, Customer Engineering, or Sales Consulting role.

• Proven experience in Sales or Customer Engineering within Enterprise land and expand strategies.

• Comprehensive understanding of data governance, data cataloging, data quality, and data privacy platforms is essential.

• Extensive background as a Data Management practitioner in areas including cataloging, integration, data quality, and/or enterprise architecture.

• Experience with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is mandatory.

• Must be open to traveling up to 30% within the region.
