This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their activities using our IoT platform.
• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for customers, allowing them to realize quick returns on their investment.
• Develop launch strategies and a roadmap to boost product utilization.
• Monitor the progress of implementations, customer participation, product adoption, and overall account health.
• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara’s technology, and navigate challenges alongside customers and daily users of the system across various use cases.
• Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently and collaborate cross-functionally to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.
• Thoroughly comprehend the capabilities of the Samsara platform and communicate them effectively to customers of all backgrounds.
• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural values (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we expand globally and into new offices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Enterprise, Strategic, or Senior Implementation Consultant; Delivery Manager, Deployment Specialist, Engagement Manager, Senior Consultant, Scrum Master, or Project Manager. Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and for creating documentation.
• This role is demanding and highly visible internally, necessitating robust priority management and elevated emotional intelligence.
• Experience with supporting or working alongside technical products.
• Exceptional consultative abilities with a background in comprehensive system implementations.
• Demonstrated history of establishing trust and communicating efficiently with a diverse range of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and everyday users of our software.
• Ability to maintain diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure when addressing customer concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• The candidate must reside in Mexico or be willing to relocate.
