Digital Coordinator – BIM Coordinator, Customer Engineer Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of Digital Twins for our clients by engaging directly in live deployment initiatives.

• Leverage your expertise in building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical) to facilitate data processing and validation.

• Collaborate with 3D building models (such as Revit or Navisworks) to comprehend building layouts and support precise Digital Twin creation, while analyzing extensive datasets using tools like Excel to identify issues and maintain data integrity.

• Partner closely with colleagues from various departments to establish and support system integrations.

• Utilize AI tools to accelerate data processing, documentation, and problem resolution, while remaining open to learning and adopting new tools and technologies as they emerge.

• Keep the Team Leader updated on progress, challenges, risks, and obstacles daily to ensure effective management of deliverables.

• Collaborate with Willow’s Product and Engineering team to enhance product capabilities and roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination, preferably within a SaaS or technology-enabled services environment.

• An MEP engineering background (mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing), particularly in control and monitoring within the built environment, is highly regarded.

• A comprehensive understanding of standard building technology systems, including HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, and access control and security technologies.

• Experience in 3D modeling/BIM is highly desirable, with exposure to authoring or review tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad being a significant advantage.

• Comfortable using or willing to learn AI tools like Claude to enhance productivity.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of conveying information clearly and simply to team members.

• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret and work with large, diverse datasets (e.g., using Excel, SQL, or similar tools) to extract insights and inform decision-making.
