📋 Description

• Develop highly relevant content that fosters measurable growth by utilizing search insights, customer inquiries, and community feedback.

• Track discussions on Twitter, Hacker News, and Reddit, transforming emerging questions and trends into timely content.

• Collaborate with the AI & Organic Search Manager to convert discoverability opportunities into impactful content.

• Gain hands-on experience with Tailscale to produce credible and practical technical content.

• Generate content rapidly while ensuring technical precision and editorial excellence.

• Work alongside Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Documentation, and subject matter experts.

• Update, enhance, and optimize existing content based on performance data and customer insights.

• Establish an AI-driven content program that leverages search, customer, product, and performance insights.

• Assist in strategic initiatives through technical content that promotes self-service revenue and product adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in growth-focused technical content marketing, technical writing, developer marketing, journalism, or a related domain.

• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities.

• Proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Knowledge of SEO and best practices for AI discoverability.

• Proven experience in creating educational content for technical or enterprise audiences.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and engage with products.

• Familiarity with AI tools for researching, drafting, and enhancing content quality and production efficiency.

• Strong collaborative abilities with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
