This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the creation of cutting-edge assessment products, which encompasses research, design, development, and implementation.
• Assist in and execute intricate plans or solutions approved by Test Development leadership.
• Serve as a content expert in TAC meetings and may also present to senior leadership and company executives.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations, addressing requests comprehensively and promptly.
• Recognize and escalate complex issues across the department while actively seeking and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with various divisions as required.
• Provide input to content test development across projects in the role of a senior-level reviewer.
• Lead and facilitate client-facing meetings, including standard settings, content advisory, rubric validation, data review, and other client interactions.
• Spearhead Content and Test Development training, including preparations for standard setting.
• Independently contribute to proposal efforts as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field that demonstrates knowledge of pedagogy and learning science.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing content for large-scale summative assessments or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive content knowledge.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading individuals, programs, projects, or strategic initiatives within educational, assessment, curriculum, or instructional development settings.
• Highly creative and innovative, with a profound understanding of Principled Assessment Design, learning processes, and learning progressions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the U.S. Education System and Education Assessment.
• Strong data-driven skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to recognize problems and devise conceptual solutions.
• Highly adaptable and flexible, able to pivot as necessary to achieve solutions.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel 1-10 times per year, including trips lasting 2-5 days.
