Technical Growth Content Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop highly relevant technical content that fosters measurable growth through insights from search data, customer inquiries, and community feedback.

• Track discussions on Twitter, Hacker News, and Reddit, transforming emerging questions and trends into timely content.

• Collaborate with the AI & Organic Search Manager to transform discoverability opportunities into impactful content.

• Gain hands-on experience with Tailscale to produce credible and practical technical content.

• Create content rapidly while ensuring technical accuracy and maintaining editorial quality.

• Work alongside Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Documentation, and subject matter experts.

• Refresh, enhance, and optimize existing content utilizing performance insights and customer feedback.

• Establish an AI-first content program driven by insights from search, customer, product, and performance data.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives with technical content that promotes self-serve revenue and product adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in growth technical content marketing, technical writing, developer marketing, journalism, or a related discipline.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities.

• Capacity to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.

• Familiarity with SEO and best practices for AI discoverability.

• Experience in creating educational content for technical or enterprise audiences.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and engage with products.

• Proficient in using AI tools to research, draft, and enhance content quality and production efficiency.

• Strong collaborative skills with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
