Technical Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation of endpoint agents and backend services

• Convert priorities and technical strategies into actionable plans

• Transform architectural and design choices into executable implementation plans

• Guide, mentor, and nurture engineers through coaching and constructive feedback

• Maintain an effective schedule for planning and retrospective meetings

• Ensure the team is accountable for their commitments and the quality of their work

• Oversee capacity management, sequencing, and dependencies

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering leadership, with direct people management responsibilities

• Proven experience as a technical or team lead, preferably in a startup environment

• Strong decision-making judgment

• A history of successfully leading teams on data-intensive, high-throughput distributed systems

• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode

• High level of agency and comfort in a fast-paced or early-stage scaling environment
