Technical Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provides external training to customer groups in both face-to-face and virtual settings, focusing on core product functionalities.

• Works collaboratively to develop relevant courseware materials tailored to customer needs and identify gaps in training content.

• Gains comprehensive knowledge of all DISCO offerings.

• Plays a key role in the strategic integration and efficient daily management of the learning management software for all training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in eDiscovery, legal review, and legal technology.

• Familiarity with standard industry tools such as DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate, iConnect, and others.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences, including senior attorneys, litigation support specialists, technologists, and executives.

• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment.

• At least 1 year of experience using the DISCO suite of technologies is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience delivering training in a professional learning setting is preferred.
