• Over 15 years of technical leadership experience, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Profound knowledge in software architecture, cloud platforms, and contemporary development practices.
• A proven history of guiding technical decisions on intricate, high-impact projects.
• Experience in leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions.
• Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A consultative approach, capable of aligning business requirements with technical strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities to influence at all levels.
• Practical experience with AI, databases, distributed systems, and modern software engineering best practices.
• Experience in leading and mentoring senior software development teams.
