β’ Establish and articulate a distinct technical vision, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, software development, and the latest technologies.
β’ Act as a trusted consultant for CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders.
β’ Conduct discovery workshops, convert business goals into technical strategies, and create customized solution proposals.
β’ Supervise technical execution, guaranteeing quality, scalability, and maintainability.
β’ Track project status, recognize risks, and ensure successful results through proactive leadership.
β’ Collaborate with resourcing teams to confirm that the right talent is allocated to projects.
β’ Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentorship, and innovation within teams.
β’ Manage project burn-down, enhance resource allocation, and identify opportunities for revenue growth while ensuring financial accountability.
β’ Stay informed about industry trends, engage in open-source projects, and participate in public speaking, blog writing, and mentorship activities.
β’ Over 15 years of technical leadership experience, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
β’ Profound knowledge in software architecture, cloud platforms, and contemporary development practices.
β’ A proven history of guiding technical decisions on intricate, high-impact projects.
β’ Experience in leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions.
β’ Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ A consultative approach, capable of aligning business requirements with technical strategies.
β’ Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities to influence at all levels.
β’ Practical experience with AI, databases, distributed systems, and modern software engineering best practices.
β’ Experience in leading and mentoring senior software development teams.
