Senior Director – Forecasting and Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead global capabilities in forecasting and commercial performance management.

• Set standards and governance for demand forecasting and the measurement of performance.

• Manage the complete forecasting process and establish forecasting methodologies.

• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to assess demand, revenue projections, and supply planning.

• Promote the adoption and ongoing enhancement of forecasting and performance tools.

• Deliver clear executive briefings on forecast outcomes and performance influencers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s, MBA, or PhD in a quantitative discipline is preferred.

• For an Executive Director: BA/BS with 14+ years of experience, MA/MS/MBA with 10+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 8+ years in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within biotech or pharma.

• For a Senior Director: BA/BS with 12+ years, MA/MS/MBA with 8+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 6+ years in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within biotech or pharma.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within the biotech or pharma sectors.

• Over 4 years of experience in people leadership.

• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and advanced proficiency in Excel and commonly used BI/planning tools.

• Proven success in collaborating with teams across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and field leadership.
