Director, Grants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, nurture, and oversee a portfolio of donors.

• Work in partnership with Executive Directors, regional personnel, and other frontline fundraising teams.

• Oversee and compose over 75 proposals, reports, letters of intent, and various grant-related materials.

• Coordinate and communicate with national central teams as well as regional teams as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in development and grant writing.

• Demonstrated success in navigating complex philanthropic environments to achieve revenue targets.

• Strong capacity to track fundraising progress against portfolio objectives to ensure goals are met.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Previous experience in managing and drafting intricate public grants.
