This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in remote admissions initiatives to provide exceptional customer service to prospective students.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of admissions personnel.
• Design, implement, and conduct departmental training and development sessions covering various subjects.
• Adhere to all company, state, accreditor, and US DOE accreditation compliance regulations, processes, and policies.
• Offer tactical advice, support, and leadership to guarantee new student satisfaction throughout the admissions process.
• Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of all documentation and reports.
• Conduct random audits of enrollment files to verify accountability and accuracy of documents.
• Collaboratively engage in employee performance evaluations and scheduled reviews.
• Provide updates for the department through reports, discussions, and meetings with senior leadership.
• Ensure that objectives, goals, plans, budgets, policies, practices, and actions yield the desired Admissions outcomes, aligning with the overall mission and strategic plan of the department.
• Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term Admissions strategies within the department to achieve the Company’s growth and profitability goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience successfully managing admissions teams.
• Exceptional people management abilities with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating employees.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the capacity to develop, inspire, and guide staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to lead and operate in an observational/coaching style work environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; readiness to maintain a flexible work travel schedule.
• A Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 8 years of management experience with remote/online admissions teams.
