Healthcare Consulting Director – Clinical Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide teams in intricate performance enhancement projects

• Utilize analytical and critical thinking abilities to measure advantages and pinpoint risks

• Effectively communicate to grasp client issues

• Foster strong relationships and facilitate change initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory

• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential

• More than 8 years of experience in healthcare project leadership and workplan management

• Proven clinical leadership experience in nursing

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Willingness to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project demands

• Direct supervisory experience with both individuals and teams

• A relevant graduate degree is preferred (e.g., MSN, MBA, MA)
