Technical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver authoritative technical validation and architectural insights across Sales, Solutions, and Delivery projects.

• Assess and validate the technical solutions proposed by Sales, Solutions, and Delivery Directors.

• Act as a Cross-solution Subject Matter Expert / Architect for Adobe enterprise platforms.

• Offer architectural consultation for large-client projects to steer solution design.

• Supervise the technical Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in close collaboration with Delivery Directors.

• Conduct regular project check-ins to assess technical health and ensure implementations align with approved designs.

• Propel innovation initiatives alongside the Technical Delivery team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in enterprise technical delivery.

• More than 8 years in a technical leadership position.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience.

• Hands-on expertise with contemporary enterprise digital platform technologies, including JS, REST, GraphQL, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, cloud-native architecture, and applied AI integration patterns.

• Direct architectural experience with various Adobe enterprise platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe App Builder, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Firefly, and more.

• Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Proven ability to communicate and document technical designs effectively for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Skilled in training, mentoring, and developing technical personnel, senior engineers, and Technical Architects.
