Technical CX Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial contact point for customer support inquiries.

• Provide empathetic, precise, and prompt resolutions.

• Manage multiple competing tasks and priorities effectively.

• Address issues related to AI output quality, app login, feature requests, REST APIs, error logs, and authentication/token challenges.

• Ensure consistent coverage and follow-through during assigned shifts.

• Work together with team members on complex problems and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

• Record customer interactions and feedback meticulously.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.

• Carry out tasks independently while also working as part of the team.

• Keep updated on new product features and enhancements.

• Develop and improve support processes and materials, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in a technical support capacity.

• Experience in a dynamic environment providing “white glove” or “premium support” to large enterprise clients for AI-driven products.

• Exceptional empathy and a sincere desire to assist and engage with customers.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to creatively resolve complex issues.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of APIs and the ability to articulate complex API concepts to both technical and non-technical customers.

• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

• A passion for learning and personal development.
