Technical Customer Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and maintenance services to clients.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain products and systems.

• Offer technical assistance and oversee performance metrics.

• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• At least 3 years of relevant service experience in wire/cable and metals is a plus.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.

• Willingness to travel on short notice.

• SAP experience is advantageous.

• Travel required 75% of the time or more.
